How to buy and sell materials
The e-devis.ch clearance section lets registered construction companies resell their surplus materials and equipment (tiles, flooring, insulation, sanitary ware, tools, machines…) to other professionals or to private individuals. Listings are public: anyone can browse them, only validated companies can publish.
1. Prepare a listing
An approved, active company describes the materials, quantity, price, region and photos, then selects the contact details it agrees to make public.
2. Confirm publication
Review the public preview, price and duration, then confirm. Publication uses the shared balance and lasts 30 days after payment, without another manual listing approval. The administrator may remove content that does not follow the rules.
3. Direct contact with the seller
The buyer contacts the seller using the details shown on the listing. Price, payment, pickup or delivery are agreed directly between the two parties.
4. Managing the listing
The seller can edit, pause or withdraw a listing. Editing or pausing does not extend the paid period. Renewal terms are shown before a new confirmation.
