1. Service

e-devis.ch is a Swiss platform connecting clients who describe building work with verified construction companies. Requests are free for clients. A company sees the displayed price before buying access to the contact details of a request, publishing a clearance listing or a collaboration.

All prices on the platform are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The quote and the works contract are concluded directly between the client and the chosen company; e-devis.ch does not carry out the work.

2. Payment

Online payments (prepaid wallet top-ups or direct payment of a request) are processed by the payment provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards and the digital wallets offered on the payment page (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, TWINT where available). No card data is stored on e-devis.ch.

The name “e-devis.ch” appears on the payment page, confirmations and receipts. A receipt is available in the company account for every accepted payment.

3. Refunds and complaints

A top-up is credited to the wallet once accepted by the platform administration. Access to the contact details of a request is a digital service delivered immediately: once the details are unlocked, the purchase can no longer be refunded. If a request is no longer available when a direct payment is accepted, the amount is credited to the company wallet.

Clearance listings and collaboration posts are paid in advance; suspending or deleting them does not give rise to any refund.

In case of a payment error, double charge or technical problem, write to contact@e-devis.ch or use the Contact form, stating the date, the amount and the account concerned. Every complaint is reviewed individually and answered as quickly as possible; a justified refund is made to the original payment method. A request regarding an unused prepaid balance can be sent the same way.

5. Hosting

The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva).

6. Intellectual property

The texts, structure, logo, illustrations, the database of requests and companies and the site code are protected. Any reproduction, extraction, automated copying or reuse, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of MS Contractor SA is prohibited. Companies remain the owners of the content they publish (listings, photos) and guarantee its lawfulness.

7. Liability

e-devis.ch checks requests and companies before publication without guaranteeing a number of replies, a response time or the execution of the work. Liability of the platform for external links, user-generated content and technical unavailability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory provisions remain reserved.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory legal venues remain reserved. The Terms of service and the Privacy policy complete this notice.
